Mini-computerized roundness measuring instrument Model DQR-1B 　　配有微机测量系统的DQR-1B型转轴式微机圆度仪能够满足生产、科研和质量管理对圆度测量的严格要求。其主要技术性能指标与Talyrond73圆度仪一致，实现了测量过程和数据处理的初步自动化。 微机圆度仪测量系统特点： 　　1、高可靠性：采用进口集成电路，实现了智能化控制； 　　2、高精度高分辨率：系统分辨率0.01μm，没有任何机械惯性和摩擦； 　　3、直接给出测量结果：系统能完成国标规定的四种方法评定圆度，直接显示并打印测量结果，绘制原始圆形和轮廓图形； 　　4、功能增强：系统能完成与圆度相关的垂直度、平面度、平行度、同轴度、同心度等形位测量，直接给出计算得出的数字结果，能对工作轮廓进行谐波分析计算，给出0～200upr范围内的谐波成份和量值大小，对工作轮廓进行斜率分析给出工件在半径方向的变化量； 　　5、操作方便易学：中文菜单，选择简便,易学好用。 主要技术性能指标： 　　1、主轴径向误差：0.05～0.10μm 　　2、滤波档：每种设五档1～15upr, 1～50upr，1～150upr,1～500upr,15～500upr。 　　3、主轴转速：6r/min 　　4、放大倍数：8档（100,200,500,1000,2000,5000,10000,20000） 　　5、测杆长度：基本测杆长（1：1测杆）另外设置200,100,17和非标档（26～500mm）； 　　6、微机测量系统噪音：0.02μm 　　7、测量工件内径：Φ2～Φ350，测量工件外径：Φ1.5～Φ400 　　8、最大测量高度： 400mm 最大测量长度：1000mm 　　9、综合示值误差：<1.25% 　　10、气源：压力为0.4～0.8MPa、流量大于0.3m3/min. 　　The Model DQR-1B, equipped with mini-computerized measuring system, is shaft-revolving one. It has four ways to evaluate roundness and functions to analyze harmonic wave and slope, thus strict demands to roundness measurement in production, research and quality control are met. Its main technical indexes are the same as those of Talyrond73. Initial automation in measuring and data processing is realized. Characteristics of mini-computer roundness measuring system 　1. High reliability : the machine adopts new type of IC circuits and components and intelligent control, wiring and man-made influence are reduced.( realizes the intelligent control) 　　2. High accuracy and high definition: there is no mechanical inertia and friction; definition reaches 0.01μm, the same as Talyrond73 system. 　　3. Direct output of measuring result: four kinds of roundness evaluations set up by GB are directly displayed and the result is printed out. The numbers and the graphic are correct. 　　4. Enhanced function: calculation Result is directly given out; manual calculation is unnecessary. Slope analysis of the workpiece is given out by the system. 　　5.
